remastered for Google Fonts

Static Fonts in TTF and ttf flavor Woff and Woff2 formats

This font contains static versions of the 2024 Merriweather release for people who prefer them or need them because their menuing system isn;t cooperating with the minimal stat table Google Fonts prefers. Later I may release a VF version with a more involved STAt table if people want or need that. If that's the case please make an issue in the Github to let me know.
