  • Added Equalizer with AutoEq support, ported from SimpMusic and integrated into Audio settings.

  • Renamed "Recently Added" to "History".
  • Reworked song row playback visuals: non-indexed rows now keep artwork visible while playing, with a blur/dim overlay and animated indicator; indexed rows keep existing behavior with adjusted animation tinting.
  • Added drop-down animation to expandable Settings sections.
  • Added a 3-column shimmer loading skeleton for the "Mix for you" playlist grid.
  • Replaced the account setting icon with AccountCircle.
  • Changed default theme seed color to red.
  • Tightened home layout spacing and sheet padding.
  • Consolidated account settings into one section.
  • Removed the profile picture from the Library screen top app bar for a cleaner UI.

Fixes

  • Fixed text cutoff in Settings subtitles by increasing max lines.

To Migrate Your Playlists to the New Echo Music

Before updating, back up your playlists from the old Echo Music app.

Steps:

  1. Open the old Echo Music app and export/back up your playlists.
  2. Visit https://echomusic.fun/migrate
  3. Now import the playlist in New Echo Music.

Your playlists won't transfer automatically, so complete this before switching over.
