Updating GMM, BepInEx, and GoblinManager

Not yet added https://trello.com/c/6xVKzg68/54-create-an-update-service-to-check-for-and-update. Until then you have to do it the old fashioned way which means deleting the old GMM and finding the latest one on Github releases and installing that. If you do that please be careful to not delete the Mods folder, just drag and drop the mods folder from the old GMM into the new one. Along with that, if you have any custom themes or have modified existing ones, you should migrate those aswell. The update service will eventually take care of all of this
