Added a field for a semicolon delimited list of files to preserve in updates. So if you have a user config file or a database that you don't want to get wiped in an update put the file name into the field and it'll be skipped when the launcher cleans the directory before updates are installed.

This is portable so you only need to download the zip, extract it somewhere and then run the ShipThatCode.exe file to use the software to create your releases and installers.
