Client reports its full installed-plugin inventory to the hub on every sync.
Hub site detail page now lists every plugin on the site, with a desired-state dropdown per plugin.
You can set Active/Inactive on plugins that were already installed (WooCommerce, Yoast, Akismet, …) — not just the ones you uploaded to the hub library.
