新版本上线本地工作流策略包导入导出功能。现在可以将单个工作流导出为 ZIP 策略包，并通过“上传预检—冲突处理—确认安装”流程导入其他实例；同时支持完整性与安全校验、多种冲突处理策略、幂等导入、审计记录及 RBAC 权限控制，并完善了相关前端交互和中英文提示。
This release introduces local workflow package import and export. Users can now export an individual workflow as a ZIP package and install it on another instance through a preflight validation, conflict resolution, and confirmation flow. The release also adds comprehensive security and integrity checks, multiple conflict-handling strategies, idempotent imports, audit records, RBAC controls, improved UI interactions, and bilingual localization.
