Capacitor-NodeJS v1.0.0-beta.9

This release reverts libnative-lib.so and libnode.so to Capacitor-NodeJS v1.0.0-beta.7 to resolve NoSuchMethodError for nativeReceive on arm64 physical devices (Android 15, Motorola). The issue persisted despite making nativeReceive public, adding NewGlobalRef/DeleteGlobalRef, and configuring ProGuard and build.gradle. The error, absent in emulators/armeabi, likely stems from faulty arm64-v8a library compilation in v1.0.0-beta.9. This is a temporary fix pending plugin updates.
