修复正式版发布时 APK 签名校验无法找到历史 Release 的问题。gh release download 未指定标签时只解析 latest 正式版，而仓库历史 Release 均为预发布，导致 v0.3.2 发布返回
elease not found。现在显式选择最近一个非草稿 Release，并下载其 APK 校验证书。
