Doc strings on reset_database and migrate_to_cloud referenced
`/api/ingestion/progress/{job_id}`, but the OpenAPI path param is `{id}`
(see ingestion.rs:488). Two response messages also pointed at the
endpoint generically; spell out the canonical path with `{id}` so
copy-pasting the URL from logs lands on the real route.
Regenerates openapi.ts to match (CI drift check).
