Install: code --install-extension reddeck-0.17.1.vsix, then reload the window.

Update REDbridge as a command of its own: asks "Update REDbridge 0.4.0 to 0.5.1?", installs the new one and removes the old folder. The page footer shows a newer release when the daily check finds one. Everything from 0.17.0 (the MCP server) is included.
