Install: code --install-extension reddeck-0.18.0.vsix, then reload the window.

Add to Project on a mod, folder or file in the Mods view when a REDcode project is open: loose files go into the project's source/resources under their deploy paths; .archive files are skipped with a note, since their resources need extracting through REDcode. Includes 0.17.x (MCP server, Update REDbridge).
