Lisa run with latent structure

With this release you can:

• safely run the simulation on Lisa using at most 34 * 15 * 8 = 4080 SBUs (n_nodes * n_cores * wall_time)
• run the simulation with both the latent and non latent structure condition
• 500 repetitions
