New DB Tables, Filters, and Optimized Data Retrieval

This release introduces new database tables to store additional comic book data. To ensure fast and seamless data loading, we implemented server-side filtering, text search, and pagination. Additionally, we completed major code optimizations, cleanup, and improved error handling.
