CodeBro v1.0.0 cuts the frozen P0–P9 engineering runtime: verified facts, engineering memory, impact analysis, guarded mutation, sandboxed verification evidence, durable task state, learning, skills lifecycle, and the Engineering Brief — exposed as a 25-tool stdio MCP server for AI coding agents.

Key facts:

  • P0–P9 implemented, audited (incl. P0–P7 final release gate: "RELEASE READY WITH NON-BLOCKING DEBT"), hardened, and frozen at 42d1c08.
  • 25 MCP tools (frozen contract), SQLite schema v7, no new architecture in this release.
  • Post-release verification on the release commit: cargo test --workspace 1455/1455 passed; cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets --all-features -- -D warnings clean; cargo fmt --check clean; scripts/check_workspace_deps.sh OK.
