Reviewed changes

• Dedup JSON Schema fallback definitions — compileJsonSchema now groups definitions by their ~identifier fallback key and merges equivalent compiled JSON schemas using Equal.equals, so two roots that share the same transformation target produce a single $defs entry.
• Reachability-gated import — translateJsonSchemaMultiDocument tracks reachableDefinitions and only translates definitions directly or transitively referenced from root schemas; unreachable $defs are silently skipped.
• Lazy reference resolution — revivePersisted creates ReferenceSlots on demand rather than eagerly, so unreachable references are never resolved.
• Remove SchemaMultiDocument / fromSchemaMultiDocument — multi-document import and revival now return the ordered root schemas directly. The openapi-generator and OpenAPI callers are updated to use toRepresentations instead of the removed function.
• Tests — 7 new test cases covering dedup of equivalent/different fallbacks, explicit identifiers, recursive dependencies with and without dedup, callback visit counts, escape handling, __proto__ key safety, unreachable-definition skipping, and OpenAPI SSE/regular dedup.
