Release v0.2.0

What's included:

This is the updated tool release for Blob-B-Gone: a lightweight framework for removing blob artifacts from 2D/3D MINFLUX single-particle tracking data as published in Frontiers in Bioinformatics.

What's new:

~ the implementation has been changed from a single convenience method to an object based structure
~ now comes with progress bars
~ added some silent features as to not clutter stout
~ added easy support for group-internal usage
~ added convenience function for users on MS Windows
