Quick Filter for Diff Toogle

Diff view and for Changes and Affected Files is nice, but by large Projects, useless without a Filter.

Filter Option for "Show changed only" , Show "changed and affected only"

I found few issues, fixed, Domain View related, but not sure by 167 PR, if I shall submit an issue first, and PR after?
