Code quality and maintainability improvements:

  • Moved WMO weather codes from hardcoded dictionaries to translation files
  • Removed ~206 lines of hardcoded data from sensor.py
  • Updated translate_wmo_code() to load codes from JSON
  • Better separation of data and code
  • Follows DRY principle
  • Easier to maintain and update translations
