Fixes for 0.12.0, found on the first day it ran on a real device.

The nightly pass ran four times on one launch, and ran before the migration. Start-up, return to foreground and the five-minute tick all call the nightly pass, and its "already ran today" check read a state file that is only written at the end. Four calls inside 35 seconds all passed, and two of them wrote the same ten conclusions twice, once in Chinese and once in English. On the same launch the pass ran twenty seconds before the reader pressed the migration button, so every statement it wrote pointed at observation ids the migration then renamed. Now: one run at a time, one look per day held in memory as well as on disk, and the pass stands down while any observation file still carries an 8-hex id. A seventh migration step widens the observation ids that statements already point at, so pressing Check and Apply again repairs the statements written by the early run. The pass may also merge two statements that say the same thing into one, and writes in the language the observations are written in.

The profile card split paragraphs mid-sentence. The card that offers the old profile lines as candidate statements split hard-wrapped prose at every physical line and kept Markdown headings as candidates. It now splits by paragraph, joins wrapped lines, and drops headings.

The delete confirmation opened underneath the reading popover. On iPad the confirm raised from the "Reading with AI" bubble painted at the dialog layer, below the bubble, with Cancel half covered and no way to dismiss it. Dialogs now take their layer from the surface that opened them; a confirm opened from a floater paints above it.

After installing: open Settings, run the migration Check and Apply once more. The report should show statements rewired in step 7.
