Wallet MCP compatibility fixes
- Remove unsupported wallet decode arguments and validate every generated wallet handoff against the wallet schema.
- Use canonical decimal chain IDs and compatible batch-read block parameters.
- Add function_result_bytes_array decode plans for nested return data.
- Align execution-plan semantics with atomic wallet batching.
- Pin the shared Viem version and document unsupported arbitrary EIP-712 signing explicitly.
