Cinderbox v0.8.1

• Made cinderbox pack mandatory installation (removed skip button). Forced setup on update to this version
• Now checks for APK updates on launch instead of on updates tab switch
• Added fixes for back button/gestures on certain devices
• Changed hold to split patch so it only begins a split if a touch began in the same slot as the item that was touched
• Changed when external theme are loaded so they can be applied properly
