Complete Version

This version contains all expected functions of the software but can be unstable. Some aspects needing improvements are:
(1) T-SNE implement
(2) In the newest version a project can contain multiple networks, but a multi-network project can be unstable.
(3) The Project panel has UI updating issues where the GUI may not respond immediately after changes.
(4) Only GPU rendering has been implemented and the shaders have only been tested on Silicon devices.
