Added Absol, and Volcanion's remodel. Also includes spawning for both.

Absol and Volcanion both spawn in mountainous areas, with absol spawning much more commonly at higher levels during the night and and also in the end.

Volcanion spawns ultra-rare with 0.01 weight in the same mountainous areas
