Intent APIs

The idea of Intent APIs is that, given an app that periodically checks Play Integrity in the background (or whatever it knows the keybox is softbanned or revoked) (this app does not exist... yet), it can automatically lock play integrity apis, so apps get errors instead of no integrity verdicts.
