The command inside both is swarmcli, and they differ in what the build
contains rather than in how it is driven — swarmcli version names which one
you are running. checksums-merged.txt verifies the first set and
checksums-oss.txt the second; neither is named plain checksums.txt, because
one manifest could not say which set it covered.
