v0.1.0

This is the first pre-release of the RipCrypt system for Foundry, some features that are coming:

• Super Condensed Sheet for geist
• Scene Region behaviours
• Custom chat message formatting (that says when you rip or crypt)
• Being able to create items for your actors directly from the Actor sheet
• More strict armour location input that guides you through what you can actually put it in or not
