Related to #159 . The JurisdictionPrepper routine to add candidate names automatically to Candidate.txt and dictionary.txt keeps the quotation marks for, e.g., Nevada, if candidates are named this way:
Singer, Stephanie F.
This can also be a problem with Jr, Sr., etc.
