Fixed
- Secret-token detection no longer starts inside ordinary words such as
task-intelligence-program. This preserves exact workspace and provenance
metadata during retrieval, so eligible memories are not rejected because
privacy filtering changed their scope. Standalone OpenAI and Anthropic keys,
including quoted and path-delimited keys, remain scrubbed. No matching
threshold, stored memory, or project-isolation rule changed.
