Need more raw createrawpegin #476
Description
Currently createrawpegin uses the "automatic" transaction creation to put funds from a single-sig output into another single-sig output.
We'd like to be able to claim "from" an arbitrary contract, and pay out to an arbitrary address.
Should probably imitate #474 in that it can be used at any point with a raw transaction.
