Encounter Forge for Foundry VTT Release

This is the initial build of the Foundry VTT V12 and dnd5e 4.x module release. Features and additional info can be found in the readme/wiki for your convenience.

This release includes playtest support to give tweaking values meant to (hopefully) get back to me. The math checks out, but it needs playtesting to accommodate for chance and designs as they change. Any feedback is appreciated. Feel free to navigate to the issues/discussions for that.
