Arcane Conduits no longer block movement. They now walk over like a torch or a flower patch, requested by players laying out a base, since a solid conduit fought the layout it exists to make possible.

The Arcane Base Station and Arcane Access Point now have an animated status light, cycling through frames like a transceiver's TX/RX LED, instead of a single static "on" sprite. Purely cosmetic: it plays only while the device is active and carries no meaning of its own.

Dedicated servers: the mod is not clientside, so the server needs it too. Drop the jar below into the server's mods folder (~/.config/Necesse/mods on Linux, %APPDATA%\Necesse\mods on Windows) and make sure clients run the same version.

Requires Necesse 1.3.2. On Steam as the Workshop item, which updates itself.
