Ammerow for Android 0.1.0-android.3

The official Android app (Android 8.0 or later), with Ammerow's art and audio and its own source inside (assets/source/Ammerow-Android-source.zip).

Changes since 0.1.0-android.2:

• Settings can always be changed back with taps. A tap past the last value of Interface size, map zoom, message history or a volume now comes back round to the first. Settings opened from Home has no d-pad, so before this a setting such as Interface size could only move one way.
• Phones start at Comfortable interface size, with larger text than before. An update moves a phone still on the old Standard size; any other size you chose is kept. Large gives the biggest text, though the sidebar's health and stamina then sit under the d-pad.
