Requirements: Windows 10 or later (x64)
Two shortcuts are created on install:
- Elite Level ScreenCap — launches the full app with tray icon and capture tool
- Elite Image Editor — launches directly into the editor (single instance — reuses the running ScreenCap process if already open)
