Memory calculation overhaul

• Per-process values now sum to total RAM used. New System rows:
  • System — Kernel Memory (paged + non-paged pool)
  • System — Free-to-reuse disk cache (standby priority 0–1)
  • System — Recent files in RAM (standby priority 2–5)
  • System — App quick-launch cache (SuperFetch / priorities 6–7)
  • System — Pending disk writes (modified pages awaiting writeback)
  • System — Shared & Other (shared DLL pages, GPU carveouts, unattributed)
• System rows are unkillable and automatically sink to the bottom when sorting by anything other than Memory.

NPU telemetry (Copilot+ / AI PCs)

• New NPU page with usage %, dedicated and shared memory.
• Per-process NPU attribution via DXCore + PDH.

Icons

• High-resolution process icons via Shell Image List (SHIL_JUMBO, 256×256 source) with HighQualityBicubic downscale to 64×64.

Efficiency

• Unified IPC polling engine — one tick serves all tabs; tray-hidden window drops to quarter cadence.
• Reference-stable series reuse.
• Reduced WebView2 footprint via targeted Chromium feature flags.
