Alpha build V0.5

Implemented Fully working tag system:

• add tags globally
• add them to notes
• filter notes by tags
• reset filters
• customise tags
• added lot of customisation options
• posibility to customise all actions
• can show note number with filter number
• can show or not note type icon and note delete icon

Known issues

• Translations issues
• Tag customisation system may be messy
• disabled note type grid: not yet ready
