DAD Mod Manager v6.0 - The "Ultimate Stability" Update
This major update transforms the manager into a production-ready tool with new social features, bulletproof mod syncing, and deep compatibility for Steam Deck and Linux users.

English by Default: The app now starts in English by default for a better global experience (Spanish toggle is still available in the title bar!).

🌟 NEW: Song Transfer System
You can now share your custom song library with friends easily!

Export My Songs: Package your entire imported library into a single portable .zip file.
Import Shared Songs: Bring in song packages from friends.
Conflict Resolver: If you import a song you already have, the manager will now ask if you want to Replace it, Add as New (automatically renames and creates a new ID), or Skip it.

Steam Deck & Data Safety
Smart Mod Sync: Fixed a critical bug where the "Refresh" button would wipe your mod folder. The manager is now non-destructive; it only manages its own mod files and will never touch your manual installations or other files.
RAR Support Fixed: Native support for .rar files is now fully functional! We now bundle the necessary extraction tools inside the app so you don't need to install anything extra.
7z Support Added: You can now add mods directly from .7z archives.

Rhythm & Audio Fixes
Song Length Fix: Fixed a bug where custom songs would end way too early. All timings are now perfectly synchronized with the game.
No More Audio Overlap: The manager now properly stops all background music when you enter the Calibration or Beat Mapper screens.
Universal Encoding: Fixed a crash when importing songs saved in different text formats (UTF-16/BOM). The manager now reads all song metadata formats flawlessly.

Linux & Proton Compatibility
Binary Detection: Improved how the app finds FFmpeg and other tools when running through Proton Experimental on the Steam Deck.
