v0.2-alpha win-x64 bundle

New features:

• New report type: Cub3d. Looks for Cub3d tourneys among the hhs and aggregates basic statistics about them.
• New report type: Sng. Looks for classic format Sngs among the hhs and aggregates basic statistics about them.
• Default arguments can be configured via in a file: configuration.json

Bug fixes:

• Non-existing directory will not throw an excetion anymore.
