Easy option to display raid debuffs dispellable by class?

Is there an option to display raidframes-debuffs which are only dispellable by a class? for example only curses for mages and druids, magic debuffs for paladins and priests, etc.
When you enable "show banable debuffs" in the raiddebuff indicator settings you will see all debuffs (magic, poison, curse, disease).
When you enable the standard debuffs on the raidframes, the debuff icons will at the right side of the frames which loos ugly and you must edit your filtersettings manually every time you log into another char of the account because of accountwide filtersettings.
Grid provides this option with one click (checkmarks for magic, poison, curse, disease).
If this isn't part of orginal ElvUI it would be an awesome feature for Enhanced.
