• Force white & blue instant refresh (Not waiting for scan interval) on kelvin/intensity update
• Force kelvin/intensity instant refresh (Not waiting for scan interval) on white and blue update

RSLED/VIRTUAL_LED (#37, #39):

• Use Kelvin light instead of separate kelvin/intensity numbers.
  It's a major change, hope there is no big regression, specially for G2.

• Compensation is now available for all G1.

• Add stepping for Kelvin values.
