Small release that fixes nil values disappearing from tables when decoding.

Nil values can be written to tables as long as there is a non-nil value at a later index,
this didn't work for NetShrink because the values are written sequentially.
As a hacky fix, each decoded table's size is predicted and initialized with dummy values.
