Design updates that I made in like 3 hours lololol

• Added tile background to setup screen.
• Replaced tile background with wave background in scenes apart from SceneGame.
• Added a transition for leaving the title screen.
• Fixed random pop-in with in-game end text.
• Prevented scoreboard qualifying scores of 0.
• VSync is now defaulted to on.
