将配置项整合到 ClassIslandUniversalTime.json 里面。很抱歉你需要重新运行 pwsh.exe .\UniversalTime.ps1 -TestCompensation -GUI 测试补偿值，在今后的更新中，我保证不会有类似的情况发生。
