eDIVI 403 Forbidden

Hello i am facing the issue accesing eDIVI, when clicking on eDIVI Protokoll it redirects me to the site https://example.com/edivi/ and then getting the error:

403 Forbidden

From where are you clicking into the protocol? From the administration overlay, or when creating one?
