Django Tutorials 01-08

Completed all the django tutorials from chapter 1 to 8.

This project also has a pre-commit file already configured to follow an standard.

Also, it comes with two GitHub Actions:

1. pre-commit Ensures the quality in the code (reviewing lints and hooks).
2. Run tests with every PR to ensure no feature is broken when implementing changes.

These Actions are NOT part of Django's tutorial.
