Save compatible

  • Fixed AP of reload skill if changed in config
  • Changed base reload AP to 7, being able to shoot and reload in one turn without specialisation was a little too strong early
  • Added the Knock Out skill to Matchlocks, I will listen to feedback on this, might get downgraded to Bash if it appears op
