Patch: fixes a macOS hang in status/postflight-submit, completes Claude Code 2.1.x cockpit support, makes the statusline context meter opt-in, and hardens ntfy-grant provisioning against silent partial failures. Also bumps gitpython (≥3.1.51) and pyasn1 (≥0.6.4) CVE floors.
