@drhelius

Description

@drhelius

I’m the author and copyright holder of Geargrafx and Gearsystem, both licensed under GPLv3.

Your Google Play apps appear to be derivative works of my code and are being distributed behind a paywall, without complying with the GPLv3.

To remain in compliance, you must do all of the following for each app:

  • Clearly state in the app listing and inside the app that it includes GPLv3-licensed code and is a derivative work of Geargrafx/Gearsystem.
  • Provide the complete corresponding source code for the entire Android application you distribute (including all modifications, build scripts, and any GPL-covered components), under GPLv3.
  • Provide a written offer / link to the source code in the Play listing and in-app, as required by GPLv3.

Otherwise, you must remove the apps from Google Play.
