1.2.1 - Fix encryption

Fixed where encrypted passed-along messages would show up in non-debug mode.

Also only the message part is now encrypted. The header stays plain text, so people who can't decrypt a message will just see the encrypted message and pass it along for those who can understand it and thus not break the ring.
