1.2.2 - Encryption Tooltip and more Quality of Life Improvements

This release had bugs. Use 1.2.4 instead!

New Features:

• @Tommischiri added a few improvements to $rmsg directUse ($ ... now writes in Public Chat, if enabled) as well as some other improvements
• You can now see if your or other peoples messages were encrypted along with more information when hovering over the tooltip
• You can see your own mod version with $rmsg version as well as a new protocol version (which should increase for new protocol related features, in the future)
• $rmsg test <Member> will now make the tested person return their member list, mod version and protocol version. You can then see what they have different to you.
