MWTools 0.2.9 (2023-12-25)

• Fix lingering problems with the vignette
  on some testing platforms.
  For example, on Ubuntu, references in the MWTools.Rmd vignette failed because
  .bib file was named references.bib but the vignette
  looked for References.bib.
  This problem was fixed by changing the name of the file to References.bib.
• No new tests.
  • Still at 453 tests, all passing.
  • Test coverage remains at 100%.
